Wouter is a professional colleague, able to deliver a lot of work in a short amount of time. He does not only care about his own projects and deliverables, but keeps an eye on the processes in which the Survey/Positioning department is involved. He is always willing to improve department deliverables and makes good suggestions to steer this progress. Wouter performs best in a working environment where he gets responsibility, the authority to organise and improve work processes, a lot of freedom to improvise, and – very important – a positive feedback culture.
